15 Central Park West is an ultra-luxurious condominium. Construction started in 2005 and was completed in 2008. The building was designed by Robert A.M. Stern. The total construction cost of the building was $950 million. It comprises an entire city block on Central Park West and is divided into two sections, a 19-story limestone tower on Central Park West known as "the house" and a 43-story limestone tower on Broadway, joined by a glass-enclosed lobby. With 202 apartments that range from one-bedroom to four-bedroom homes featuring large casement windows, high ceilings, dining rooms, lots of moldings, plenty of natural light and open views in all directions, 15 Central Park West is considered to be one of New York's most prestigious residential addresses.
