111 Central Park North is an 18-floor modern hi-rise condominium with 47 residences. Each residence offers direct views of Central Park, most with large balconies or terraces. The units offer high ceilings, white oak hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, balcony or terrace, individual room controls for heating and air conditioning, pre-wired for cable TV and high speed internet and washer and dryer. The building has a 24-hour doorman, concierge services, super, garage, party room, a 10,000 square-foot terrace, gym, storage and is pet friendly. The Cooper-Hewitt Design Center (part of the Smithsonian) is housed in the storefront. The new 1500 square-foot space is dedicated to events, workshops and activities for students, families, educators and adults. The interior of the space has been designed by Todd Oldham, in collaboration with teens from the museum's DesignPrep program.
